Welcome to Voxentra Yoga Studio ("Voxentra," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, voxentra.shop, as well as your participation in our yoga classes and other services.

By accessing our website, registering for classes, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

Website Use and Access

Account Creation

To access certain features of the website or to register for classes, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the website for any purpose
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the website
  • Use any unauthorized means to collect information or content from our website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the website
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Voxentra, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by us.

Class and Membership Policies

Registration and Payment

Class registration is available online through our website or in person at our studio. Payment is required at the time of registration or according to the terms of your membership agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (in-studio only).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Class cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a class credit or refund. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the class or will be deducted from your membership package.

Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Prepaid memberships and class packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

Class Etiquette

We ask that all participants:

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins
  • Turn off or silence cell phones during class
  • Refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes
  • Bring your own mat or rent one from the studio
  • Respect the personal space and practice of others
  • Follow the instructor's guidance and modifications as needed

Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk

Yoga and other physical activities offered at Voxentra involve inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity and exercise.

You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

Liability Waiver

By using our services, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Voxentra, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our classes or use of our facilities.

Personal Property

Voxentra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in the provided lockers.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Voxentra, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any content on the website, or any services obtained through the website.

This includes any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles.
